Admire Air 7000

We have our resident expert Rachel back in again today to unbox and give you a quick run-down of the Admire air 7000 overlocker and coverstitch machine!

This machine is Pfaff’s top of the range machine and comes packed with premium features in addition to their amazing time saver, one touch Air-threading! Anyone who has ever owned an overlocker will tell you that their least favourite part is threading up the machine, and it is also the thing that most first-time users will struggle with! This is almost a non-existent concern as this is mostly taken care for you with jets of air that direct the thread through the machine and out the other side, threading the loopers for you; All you have to do is press a button! It’s still a requirement to thread the needles yourself however, but this is just the same as threading a needle on any standard machine.

The colour touch screen is a great addition also, giving you control over almost every variable on the machine, from the speed to the tension of each individual disk. The screen also allows you to pick what stitch you’ll be using, with details about what needle positions to use and even a graphic of what that stitch looks like! Favourite the stitches that you use often in order to get easy access to them by simply pressing the heart shaped favourites button!

The build quality of the machine is top notch! The machine boats a reinforced frame that keeps the machine stable with all types of sewing, from lightweight silks to your heavyweight denim – Even at top speed!
